Anitha Nayak began her career as an IT engineer. When her husband’s job took them to the UK for 2 years, she left her job to make the trip. Although she’s not much for sweets herself, her husband loves them. So she decided to try her hand at baking. The more she experimented with recipes, icing and designs, the more she discovered she enjoyed it.
When it came time to return to India, finding a job in IT was challenging after 2 years off. But Anitha realized she no longer found the idea of a routine job appealing. She decided to do something on her own. And that something was baking.
